Each run spends paid Odds API credits, so live odds are limited to editor accounts.
Each run costs one Odds API credit per market the books are offering: at most 7 before the game starts. Once play starts it also asks for the lines books post in-game: anytime goal scorer and alternate shots and points for NHL (at most 10), alternate points, rebounds, assists and threes for NBA (at most 11). Prices are reused for 60 seconds, so pressing again sooner costs nothing.
Worth a look
A book’s price that beats the median fair price of at least three other books by 2% or more, using only quotes taken close together in time. One-way bets, such as “to score”, “3+ shots” or “25+ points” during games, have no other side to remove the margin from, so they are listed only when the best price beats the other books’ median price by 10% or more. This compares books with each other; it is not a model forecast or a pick.

Fair odds is the median of each book’s price with its margin removed. Vs. other books is the expected return of the best price if the other books’ median fair price is right. Lines that can push show fair odds conditional on no push.
