By using Fourth & Value ("we," "us," the "Site"), including its player prop and game total analysis and its free bet-tracking tool, you agree to the following.
What this is (and isn't)
Fourth & Value publishes sports statistics, model projections, and betting-market analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. We are not a sportsbook, and we don't accept bets, hold funds, or process wagers of any kind. Our free bet tracker just lets you log bets you placed elsewhere so you can see your own results over time — it has no effect on any real-money wager, which happens entirely at whatever sportsbook you actually used.
Picks, projections and uncertainty
Our picks, opinions and model projections are general sports analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. They are not personalized financial or investment advice, and they do not guarantee a result or profit. A model probability, estimated edge, expected value or suggested stake is an uncertain estimate based on assumptions, not a promise. A bet can lose even when our analysis identifies a favorable price.
Data can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Odds, limits, lineups, injuries, weather and player availability can change after publication. Confirm the exact market, price, participant and settlement rules with the sportsbook before making any decision. We do not guarantee that a quoted price is still available or that a sportsbook will accept a wager.
Historical results, backtests and calibration statistics do not guarantee future performance. Simulated results are not the same as actual wagers and may not reflect limits, rejected bets, fees or the prices available to a particular reader. Model performance depends on the market and evaluation period. News analysis does not automatically mean the underlying model has been adjusted for that news.
Articles and videos reflect the information available at their stated date. Archived picks are not current recommendations. Educational arbitrage examples are not risk-free instructions: prices may move, bets can be limited or voided, and different settlement rules can create losses.
Your decisions and responsible play
You decide whether to wager, where to wager and how much to risk. Fourth & Value does not place, accept or settle bets, manage a bankroll, or control a third-party sportsbook. Our tracker records information you enter; it is not proof that a wager was accepted or settled.
This site is for adults aged 18 or older. That is not permission to wager at 18: you must meet the legal wagering age and all other requirements in your location and with the operator you use. Do not wager where it is unlawful. Access to this website does not establish eligibility to gamble.
Gambling can cause financial and personal harm. Never wager money needed for bills or other essentials, borrow to gamble, or chase losses. Set limits on money and time; take a break or stop if gambling is causing stress or interfering with daily life. Choosing not to bet is always an option.

Outside the U.S., contact gambling-support services in your country. You do not need to wait until a problem becomes severe to ask for help.
Accounts
Signing up for the bet tracker just needs an email — no password, ever. Keep your email account secure, since anyone with access to it can access your Fourth & Value account too. We can suspend or remove an account for abuse of the site. You can ask us to delete your account and data any time (see Contact, below).
Your data
For account features, we collect your email address and the information you submit, including bet-tracker entries. Authorized editorial users can also submit private ideas, drafts and publication instructions. Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information in those fields.
We use Supabase for account authentication and stored application data, and GitHub Pages and Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and requested pages. Browser storage supports sign-in and application preferences. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies: Supabase, GitHub and Cloudflare.
We do not provide account email addresses, private bet histories or private editorial submissions to advertisers for advertising targeting. This statement does not mean that advertising or embedded-media providers cannot receive device or browsing information when their services are loaded.
Advertising, links and embedded media
As of this update, Google AdSense has not been activated on the site. Before activating third-party advertising, we will update these disclosures to identify the providers and configure the applicable privacy choices. Advertising can involve cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses and browsing information; non-personalized ads are not necessarily cookie-free.
Advertisements are separate from our editorial analysis. An advertisement or external link is not a guarantee of an operator's legality, availability, safety or suitability for you. External services have their own terms and privacy policies. Embedded media, including YouTube players where present, may also send information to the provider when loaded or used.
If a recommendation includes a paid sponsorship or a link that can earn us a commission, we will identify that relationship near the relevant content. A general disclaimer does not replace those specific disclosures. Payment must not be presented as evidence that a bet has better odds or a model has better performance.
No warranties, limited liability
The site is provided "as is," with no promise that it'll always be accurate, error-free, or available. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for losses arising from reliance on the site, including third-party wagering losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Describing the site as informational or entertainment content does not remove our obligations under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
