By using Fourth & Value ("we," "us," the "Site"), including its player prop and game total analysis and its free bet-tracking tool, you agree to the following.
What this is (and isn't)
Fourth & Value publishes sports statistics, model projections, and betting-market analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. We are not a sportsbook, and we don't accept bets, hold funds, or process wagers of any kind. Our free bet tracker just lets you log bets you placed elsewhere so you can see your own results over time — it has no effect on any real-money wager, which happens entirely at whatever sportsbook you actually used.
No guarantees
Nothing on this site is gambling, financial, or investment advice, and nothing is guaranteed to be accurate. Our models can be wrong. Past results shown anywhere on the site (including the blog or research pages) don't guarantee future results. Any bet you place with a third-party sportsbook is your decision and at your own risk.
Must be 18+, and know your local laws
You must be at least 18 (or older, if required where you live — in much of the U.S. that's 21 for sports betting) to use this site. It's on you to know whether sports betting is legal where you are.

Accounts
Signing up for the bet tracker just needs an email — no password, ever. Keep your email account secure, since anyone with access to it can access your Fourth & Value account too. We can suspend or remove an account for abuse of the site. You can ask us to delete your account and data any time (see Contact, below).
Your data
We collect your email (to log you in) and whatever you type into the bet tracker (your own bet history). That's it — no name, no phone number, no payment info required.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your email or bet data with any third party for marketing purposes. The only exception is the infrastructure we use to run the site (our database/login provider, Supabase) — they process data on our behalf to make the site work, not for their own use, and that's not the same thing as us selling or sharing your data with an advertiser or data broker.
We use basic browser storage to keep you signed in between visits.
Advertising
We may display advertising on this site, including through third-party ad networks. Those networks may use cookies or similar technology to serve and measure ads; that's standard practice across the web and isn't the same as us sharing your account email or bet-tracker data with them. An ad appearing on the site doesn't mean we endorse whatever it's advertising.
No warranties, limited liability
The site is provided "as is," with no promise that it'll always be accurate, error-free, or available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any losses — including betting losses at a third-party sportsbook — connected to your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
